From the Founder

Here's why I'm doing this.

I'm tired of working towards my goals alone.

I've been missing the team dynamic I experienced in sports growing up — and in some of the best companies I've worked for. That accountability, camaraderie, and collaboration is powerful. It's different from just consuming content or following a program in isolation.

I know I'm not the only one tirelessly grinding, trying to figure out how to level up in the game of life. We can each achieve more by learning and growing together than we otherwise would on our own.

Significant gains in all three areas — fitness, brand, and business — can be made in just 12 weeks with consistent effort. I've seen it. I'm living it.

So I'm pulling together a small focus group. Ambitious, focused, team-oriented people who want to improve their fitness, grow their brand, and grow their business — all over the next 12 weeks. Starting March 1st.

We will make progress daily. Huddle up live weekly. Share useful resources, breakthroughs, and lessons learned throughout the 12 weeks and beyond.

I am doing this work with or without you for the foreseeable future. But it would be a lot more fun to collaborate — and chase our goals together — at least for the next 12 weeks.

What's Inside

The full picture of what 12 weeks includes.

Every element is designed to create forward momentum across all three pillars — at the same time, not one after another.

📞
Weekly Live Calls

Group strategy calls every week. Shared wins, shared challenges, real-time problem solving. The kind of accountability that actually changes behavior.

📋
Structured 12-Week Framework

A week-by-week program covering fitness training, brand-building actions, and business development activities. Same framework for everyone — your goals are individual.

📚
KINETiQ Course Library

Full access to all KINETiQ educational content: MTB Longevity, Joint Injury Prevention, 7-Day Energy Reset, Functional Fuel Map, brand strategy resources, and business frameworks.

🏔
Fitness Pillar

Sport-specific training plans, movement quality work, injury prevention protocols, and longevity-first programming. Built for athletes who want to compete for decades, not seasons.

📡
Brand & Marketing Pillar

Practical social media strategy, content creation frameworks, audience development tactics, and personal brand clarity work. Built for people who want leverage, not just followers.

🏗
Business & Agency Pillar

Entrepreneurship fundamentals, revenue strategy, personal agency development, and business-building resources — whether you're starting from scratch or scaling what exists.

Program Structure

Twelve weeks. Three phases.

The program is organized into three four-week phases. Each phase builds on the last — creating compounding momentum across all three pillars simultaneously.

Weeks 1–4
Foundation

Establish baselines, build habits, and get systems in place. The first four weeks are about building the structures that the next eight weeks will run on.

  • Fitness baseline assessment & training plan setup
  • Brand audit & identity clarity work
  • Business goal definition & first actions
  • Weekly call cadence established
Weeks 5–8
Momentum

Systems are running. Now we accelerate. Progress becomes visible and measurable. The team dynamic creates forward pressure that solo work can't replicate.

  • Training intensity and specificity increase
  • Brand output and audience engagement builds
  • Business metrics tracked weekly
  • Peer accountability at its strongest
Weeks 9–12
Execution

The final push. Consolidate gains, hit the targets you set in Week 1, and build the habits and systems that carry forward well beyond the 12-week window.

  • Peak training phase
  • Brand and business output at full stride
  • Review, iterate, set Q3 targets
  • Community continues beyond the cohort

Be honest with yourself

This is not for everyone. Seriously.

Do not reach out as a nice, friendly, supportive gesture. This is only for those who actually plan to go all in, bet on themselves, and put in serious, consistent effort for 12 full weeks — and beyond. If you don't want to aggressively improve your fitness and aggressively grow your brand and grow or start your business, this is not for you.

This IS for you if —

You are ambitious and active — and you're not willing to sacrifice one for the other.

You want all three pillars moving simultaneously — not sequentially.

You're ready to commit to 12 full weeks of serious, consistent effort. No half-measures.

You've been missing the team dynamic — accountability, camaraderie, and real collaboration.

You're willing to show up, share progress, and hold others accountable in return.

This is NOT for you if —

You're reaching out as a supportive gesture with no genuine plan to go all in.

You want results without consistent, serious effort.

You only want to work on one pillar — just fitness, just brand, or just business.

You need motivation to get started or gentle encouragement to stay consistent.

You already have the team, accountability, and integration you need.

Still here?
Then this is probably for you.

Reach out on Skool or Instagram before March 1st. We'll have a quick conversation to make sure it's a fit — for you and for the team.

"I am doing this work with or without you for the foreseeable future. However, it would be a lot more fun to collaborate — and chase our goals together — at least for the next 12 weeks."

Common Questions

Answered directly.

What sport or fitness level do I need to be at? +
The fitness pillar is built for active, athletic adults — but there's no required sport or performance level. Whether you're racing bikes, running, lifting, or training for general performance, the framework adapts to your discipline and current level. What matters is that you're already active and committed to improving.
Do I need an existing business to join? +
No. Some participants will be growing existing ventures. Others will be starting from scratch — building their first revenue stream or defining what their business even looks like. The business pillar covers both. What you need is the desire to build something, not something already built.
How much time does this require per week? +
Plan for serious engagement — this is not a passive content subscription. Expect training time consistent with your sport, daily brand/business action (30–60 min), and one live group call per week. If you can't carve out consistent daily effort across all three pillars, this isn't the right time.
What happens after the 12 weeks? +
The KINETiQ Skool community continues. The relationships, resources, and systems you build during the 12 weeks don't disappear — they become the foundation for what comes next. Depending on how the Spring cohort runs, future cohorts will follow.
Is this just for mountain bikers? +
No. KINETiQ Racing is MTB-focused and much of Bailey's athletic background is in mountain biking — but the fitness pillar and the broader ecosystem is built for any active, athletic adult. The common thread is ambition, not a specific discipline.
